郑华，艺名荥鸣，贵州兴义人，中共党员，1979年1月生于兴义市三江口，身于中医世家，喜欢书法，国画，受家里祖父革命事迹的影响并热哀于红色题材的书法创作。2020年其书法作品在艺巡中华锦绣中华杯全国书画大赛中，2020年在当代传承杯全国书画大赛中获奖，名单纳入中华书画人材库，2021年3月参加王羲之杯全国书画大赛中获奖，同年，该书法作品（党旗飘扬）入围艺巡中华中国共产党建党一百周年，同年九月其美术作品《邓小平》入围艺巡中华纪念邓小平诞辰110周年，2022年，应聘为羲圣文化，黔西南州代理站长，负责第二届绘美中国全国青少年全国书画大赛，负责黔西南州地区的征稿活动，同年七月荣获全国优秀美育教师的称号，2023年4月，美术作品入编中国当代名家精品集，被《大家气象》.杂志社出版。立志推广书画文化，中医.，易经传统文化，让中国传统经久不衰，2023年7月，在第三期丝路敦煌杯作品巡展中获奖。2023年8月15日其艺术历程被杨传宝书法研究院推广到百度网，在八一建军慰问活动中其作品被63612部队收藏，绿色书画平台会员，2023年9月，参加中国文化进万家书画艺术中心，北京捷润文化传播有限公司出版发行“荣耀中国，主题邮币卡”系列活动中，作品被中国澳门邮政公司出版发行，中书协预备会员，2024.1月，在龙腾世贺新春，笔墨丹青迎佳节艺术名家报道中，艺术简历被今日头条，腾讯，华人头条，争相报道，对其艺术造诣给予更高的肯定。并授予新时代人民艺术家的称号.2024年5月，绘画作品参加第十二届秦韵杯全国书画大赛并获奖，同年八月参加文化中国行活动中被国内十家知名媒体报道，同时参加苜届“圣地传薪”书画名家盛典活动中，获非遗文化优秀传承人奖，并聘为孔子奖章组织委员会研究员。

Hua Zheng, stage name Xingming, is from Xingyi, Guizhou Province. A member of the Communist Party of China, he was born in Sanjiangkou, Xingyi City in January 1979. Coming from a family of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, he likes calligraphy and traditional Chinese painting. Influenced by his grandfather's revolutionary deeds at home, he is keen on calligraphy creation on red themes. In 2020, his calligraphy works won awards in the "Yixun Zhonghua · Jinxiu Zhonghua Cup" national calligraphy and painting competition and the "Contemporary Inheritance Cup" national calligraphy and painting competition. His name was included in the talent pool of Chinese calligraphy and painting. In March 2021, he won an award in the "Wang Xizhi Cup" national calligraphy and painting competition. In the same year, his calligraphy work "The Party Flag Flutters" was shortlisted for the "Yixun Zhonghua · The 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China". In September of the same year, his art work "Deng Xiaoping" was shortlisted for the "Yixun Zhonghua · Commemorating the 110th Anniversary of Deng Xiaoping's Birth". In 2022, he was employed as the Qianxinan Prefecture agent station master of Xisheng Culture and was responsible for the second "Painting a Beautiful China" national calligraphy and painting competition for teenagers and the solicitation activities in Qianxinan Prefecture. In July of the same year, he was awarded the title of national excellent aesthetic education teacher. In April 2023, his art works were included in the "Selected Works of Contemporary Famous Chinese Artists" and published by "Grand Atmosphere" magazine. He is determined to promote calligraphy and painting culture, traditional Chinese medicine, and traditional culture of the Book of Changes to make Chinese traditions endure. In July 2023, he won an award in the third "Silk Road Dunhuang Cup" works tour exhibition. On August 15, 2023, his artistic journey was promoted to Baidu by Yang Chuanbao Calligraphy Research Institute. In the August 1st Army Day condolences activity, his works were collected by the 63612 army unit. He is a member of the Green Calligraphy and Painting Platform. In September 2023, in the series of activities of "Glory China, themed postage stamps and cards" published by the Chinese Culture Entering Ten Thousand Households Calligraphy and Painting Art Center and Beijing Jierun Culture Communication Co., Ltd., his works were published by the Macau Post of China. He is a preparatory member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association. In January 2024, in the "Dragon Soaring to Celebrate the New Year, Brush and Ink to Welcome the Festival, Reports on Famous Artists" activity, his artistic resume was reported by Toutiao, Tencent, and Chinese Headlines, giving higher affirmation to his artistic attainments. And he was awarded the title of "People's Artist in the New Era". In May 2024, his painting works participated in the 12th "Qin Yun Cup" national calligraphy and painting competition and won an award. In August of the same year, in the "Culture China Tour" activity, he was reported by ten well-known domestic media. At the same time, in the first "Sacred Land Passing on the Torch" event for famous calligraphers and painters, he won the award for outstanding inheritor of intangible cultural heritage and was appointed as a researcher of the Confucius Medal Organizing Committee.
